All businesses by law need to have periodical electrical safety inspections.
If you need an EICR certificate in London or Nationwide, Arkham Services can carry out the job in hand safely and promptly to ensure that the electrical installation in a property is safe and suitable for continued use.
We carry out Electrical installation condition reports (EICR’s) to BS7671 IEE (IET) Wiring Regulations standards.
All of our electricians have completed the electrical inspection and testing qualification and are experienced in the inspection and testing of commercial and domestic premises.

ELECTRICAL DESIGN & INSTALLATIONS
If you are looking to install, expand or adapt parts of your electrical system, we can design and install a new electrical system or upgrade an existing one to suit your home or business.
We undertake design, supply, install, commission and maintenance of a wide range of electrical systems found in commercial and domestic premises.
On completion of all electrical installations, we will issue you with an installations certificate to confirm the work complies with the wiring requirements of British Standard BS 7671.

Emergency exits must be clearly visible in the case of an emergency, allowing workers and clients to quickly leave the premises.
We specialise in offering companies of all shapes and sizes custom emergency lighting systems. For warehouses, offices, residential property projects, and specialist areas and properties, we can design bespoke solutions.
To ensure maximum compliance, frequent testing must be undertaken, as recommended in BS 5266: Pt 1. We can conduct routine system maintenance and testing to ensure that the system’s functionality is maintained.
ELECTRICAL COMPLIANCE

Inadequate electrics in your building can be an expensive and potentially dangerous issue to deal with. It is your responsibility to ensure that the electrics have been properly inspected and maintained for all guests and employees. Reacting to an electric fault or defect can be much more expensive than getting them tested and maintained compliantly by ourselves.
Within days of completing a Fixed wire test, an EICR report (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is produced. This report will inform you of the state of your electrics and whether or not any urgent repairs are required; these are referred to as remedial works.
Remedial works
Once your Fixed Wire Testing has been completed you will receive a report of the remedial repairs if required. Faults identified in the EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) are given codes:
- C1 - C1 faults require urgent attention- danger present – immediate repair
- C2 - C2 faults require attention- danger present – immediate repair
- C3 - C3 faults are a recommended improvement.
